All orders include complimentary shipping, however shipping methods vary.

For US orders $100 and up, USPS Priority Mail is used, and products will be received in 2-3 business days.

For US orders under $100, USPS First Class Mail is used, and products will be received within 5-7 business days. 

For Canadian orders over $150, Fedex/UPS/DHL standard mail is used, and products will be received within 7-10 business days (often times sooner). 

Holistically She assumes liability for packages that do not make it to the recipient in a timely fashion. However, if a package is labeled as 'Delivered' and the buyer claims it was not received, Holistically She is no longer liable. Please reach out to the carrier for assistance.
